Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes subscription refunds and cancellations for Telekart.
1. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees for Telekart are generally non-refundable once charged, including monthly and annual plans, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Teleka Consultancy Private Limited in writing.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your Telekart subscription at any time from billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
3. No Partial-Period Refunds
We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle when you cancel mid-period, unless mandated by law.
4. Legally Required Refunds
Any refunds required under consumer protection laws, court orders, or payment network rules will be honored in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. Add-On Purchases
One-time purchases such as AI credit packs are non-refundable once consumed or delivered, except where required by law.
