Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement ("License") is between you and Teleka Consultancy Private Limited for use of Telekart, governed by the laws of India including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder.

1. License Grant

Subject to your acceptance of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, payment of applicable fees, and compliance with this License, Teleka Consultancy Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Telekart during your active subscription period.

Telekart includes SaaS software for marketplace management, inventory, orders, listings, analytics, and related automation features.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from Telekart
Copy, reproduce, or distribute the software or documentation except as expressly permitted
Resell, sublicense, rent, or provide Telekart to third parties
Create derivative works based on Telekart
Remove or circumvent proprietary notices or technical protection measures

3. Ownership

Teleka Consultancy Private Limited and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in Telekart, including software, interfaces, trademarks, and documentation.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under this License.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide Telekart, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Termination

This License ends automatically when your subscription expires or is terminated, or if you breach the Terms or this License. Upon termination, you must stop using Telekart.

6. Disclaimer

TELEKART IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN INDIA.

7. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of India, including applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our Privacy Policy.

Disputes are subject to the Courts of Surat, Gujarat, subject to mandatory protections under applicable law.
